Lithology and Thickness

Mizdah Fm LITHOLOGY= Members: 1. Thala limestone, which consists of massive gypsum, marl, and marly limestone. Rich with faunal fossils, and shows a transition from lagoonal deposition to shallow neritic. 2. Mazuzah limestone, composed of crystalline limestone and dolomite with intervals of marly and chalky limestone. Fossiliferous, deposited in shallow-waer, high energy environment.
